4TH OF JULY Raffle Rules

OFFICIAL RULES – 4TH OF JULY RAFFLE

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

This Raffle is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States of America and the United Kingdom. You are not authorized to participate in the Raffle if you are not located within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the United Kingdom.

1. DATES OF RAFFLE.

The Raffle begins at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on June 27, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on July 6, 2025 (the “Raffle Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY.

The Raffle is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater) as of the date of entry. Void outside of the listed jurisdictions and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, agents, and representatives of Local Union LLC (the “Sponsor”), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, sibling, and child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. HOW TO ENTER.

There are two (2) ways to enter:

(i) PURCHASE: Entrants who make a purchase at www.shopchrisbrown.store during the Raffle Period automatically receive one (1) entry.

(ii) WRITE-IN: To enter without purchase, legibly handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3½ x 5-inch postcard and mail with proper postage to: 115 West 29th Street, Ste. 202, New York, NY 10001. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 6, 2025 and received by July 9, 2025. Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Incomplete or illegible entries are void.

4. DRAWING/ODDS.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 9, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZES.

  • GRAND PRIZE: 2 Concert Tickets + 2 Mix & Mingle Passes. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000 USD

  • Total ARV of all prizes: $2,000 USD. Limit one (1) prize per household.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION.

Potential winners will be contacted via email and/or phone and must respond within five (5) business days. Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9 (US winners) or equivalent UK documentation. If a potential winner is ineligible, fails to respond, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Raffle. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

8. DATA PRIVACY.

Personal data collected in connection with the Raffle will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.shopchrisbrown.store.

9. SPONSOR.

Local Union LLC, 115 West 29th Street, Ste. 202, New York, NY 10001.

10. WINNERS LIST.

To request a list of prize winners, send an email to info@shopchrisbrown.store with the subject line “4th of July Raffle Winner Request” by July 25, 2025.

This Raffle is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and UK laws and regulations.
