Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, please note the following:

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged upon receipt. All other sales are considered final.

Price Adjustments:

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased before or after a promotional sale period.

Shipping Policy

  • We are not responsible for packages once they are recorded as delivered to the provided shipping address. Our deliveries do not require a signature upon receipt, so we cannot be held responsible for items reported as delivered but not received. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is safe and secure to receive packages.

Order Cancellation  

Customers have 48 hours from the time of order placement to cancel their orders. Once an order is in fulfillment and has left our facility, it is no longer possible to cancel, return, or exchange the item. 

Holiday Sales
All Holiday Sales are final, and no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted. Exceptions apply only to items damaged upon receipt, which must be reported within 48 hours of deliver.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note the following policies regarding returns and exchanges:

  • Returns & Exchanges: All returns or exchanges, including size changes, will incur a $20 processing and reshipping fee. We provide detailed product descriptions and size guides to help you make the best choice.
  • Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, your order can be reshipped once it is returned to us. A reshipping fee will be applied in this case.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to deliver your items with care. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Domestic Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged upon receipt. All other sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed for non-damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receipt to address the issue. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If the return address other than the one provided is used, you will be liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Chris' Closet Collection Policy Update:

Please note that all items from the Chris’ Closet Collection are final sale. There are no exchanges, returns, or refunds for any reason. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind collectible from Chris Brown’s personal collection, and all sales are considered final upon purchase.

International Orders  

All international orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product has shipped. 


Incorrect Address and Unclaimed Shipments  

- Wrong Address: If you or your customer provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

- Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that are unclaimed and returned to our facility will require you to cover the cost of reshipment to either yourself or your customer.


Damaged Items  

If an item is damaged upon arrival, we will still be responsible for resolving the issue. Please contact our customer support for assistance.


Final Sale  

All sales are final once an order is in the fulfillment process. Customers have a 48-hour window to cancel an order; beyond this period, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.


This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
